Change password and security
Change Password Guide
For your account security, create a strong password that is
unique and easy for you to remember. Password changes are
protected with OTP verification to ensure that only
authorized users can update their account credentials.
Strong Password Requirements
Your new password should contain at least 8 characters,
including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter,
one number, and one special character.
OTP Verification
After submitting your new password, a one-time password
(OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number
or email address. Enter the OTP to complete the change.
Password History
For security reasons, you cannot reuse any of your
last five passwords. Please choose a new password
that has not been used previously on your account.

Your password will only be updated after successful
OTP verification. Avoid sharing your OTP or password
with anyone to keep your account secure.
